Hilarious Mac ad

I usually am hugely irritated by ads all over the place. But, I must say, the mac ads are hilarious and well-done. It made me laugh to see their latest – posted on the NY Times website.http://www.nytimes.com/

The typical Topic

Yes, that’s right, I am going to blog about the weather. Tis’ true it is a sorry topic to choose. 1. it’s impersonal. 2. it has been blogged about excessively.
However, I don’t really mind. For one thing, I prefer to maintain some ‘impersonality’ on this blog. After all, I think many of my readers are [...]

You Tube Debate

The Republican GOP debate was last night. After some uncertainty, I was able to gather together a few people, and we enjoyed watching, discussing and laughing at the GOP candidates.
A few things I gathered from the debate. Romney is rather touchy. He came across as edgy and not able to control his emotions. Rather frightening in [...]

Then I was struck down by a cold/sore throat/fever combination. Recovered in time to catch up with my algebra classes [...]

Unplanned but providential

So, I went to bed 3 hours ago, fully intending on shutting my eyes and experiencing REM sleep in 3.4 seconds. To no avail. I lay awake in the darkness until finally deciding to get up a few minutes ago. Plans have changed, I think I am switching to days today. Hence why it is [...]

Report on The Call!

I have just returned from The Call – Nashville, where around 70,000 people gathered to fast and pray from 10am till 10pm in 95-100 degree blazing heat! It was intense. I was overwhelmed by the dedication, stamina and stubbornness of the multitude of people who came. So many weak, broken people coming together to cry [...]
